Dr. Payne performed my triple by-pass surgery this year. He is a caring doctor who did an excellent job. Other than a small 3 inch incision on the inside of one leg and of course the actual chest incision which you can barely see already you cannot tell I had open heart surgery. He is thorough and professional. On my follow up he even took the time to answer questions for my wife.
