Dr. Das is absolutely not only an amazing doctor, but a wonderful caring and compassionate person. I suddenly got ill in Dec 2016 and went to NYGH. Dr. Das was one of the first of a team of doctors to treat me, I had "Fleshing Eating" in my leg and was extremely ill, any later visit to the hospital would have been too late. She was attentive and cared for me all the way thru my hospital stay (along with other specialist) but also she came to visit me on Christmas (when it was her day off). She treated me from the very beginning and consistently while I was in a patient in 4 North. Because of her and her team, I have a life, let alone a leg. I still see her on a regular basis as my wounds are healing slow but they are healing. She is so wonderful...I would recommend her highly without a blink of an eyelid.
